Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading UK specialist social care provider who support adults and young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other complex conditions. Operating across England and Wales, they provide personalised, person-centred care through residential homes, supported living, and community services, with a strong focus on independence, inclusion, and improving quality of life.
Together we are recruiting for a Regional Health Promotion Nurse (Registered Learning Disability Nurse) to join their team to support people with learning disabilities, promote holistic wellbeing, deliver health initiatives, educate staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to encourage preventative care and healthier lifestyles. This role allows you to enjoy flexible working with the freedom to plan your own diary and visit sites 1β2 days a week, giving you control over your schedule and work-life balance.
Work Pattern
Full-time, typically 9am β 5:30pm but with the flexibility to change these if needed.
Location
This role offers the flexibility of working from home and on-site 1-2 days per week across South East England which may include London, Surrey, Kent, Brighton and Hampshire.
Criteria
- RNLD or Dual Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Clinical expertise including managing diabetes, gastrostomy, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, and choking risks.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
Salary and Benefits
This Health Promotion Nurse - RNLD role is paying Β£40,000 per annum and includes an impressive benefit package:
- Β£4,590 car allowance plus mileage reimbursement at 15p per mile.
