Introduction

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading London-based Fertility Clinic, who are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support their Patient Services Director and Managing Director. This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to shape how executive support is delivered within a growing, purpose-driven healthcare business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of two busy leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and patient excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple priorities
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Preparing agendas, documents, and briefing materials
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, and key follow-ups
  • Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Supporting preparation of presentations, reports, and operational materials
  • Acting as a central point of coordination between stakeholders
  • Ensuring seamless organisation across two clinic locations

This role sits between a traditional PA and a more structured administrative support function, with scope to evolve based on business needs and your strengths.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision and professionalism. Key requirements include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes rapidly
  • Proactive, diligent, and reliable
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working styles
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach
  • Previous experience in a PA/strong administrative background
  • Exposure to healthcare or professional services environments
  • Trustworthy and strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems

Why Join?

  • Shape your role: This is a brand-new position with the opportunity to define and grow it
  • Work with inspiring leaders: Support two co-founders with distinct and engaging working styles
  • Flexible working: Hybrid model with flexibility across two London sites. This will be worked roughly 2 days from home, and 3 days in office.
  • Variety and impact: No two days are the same - your work will directly support business success and patient care

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable managing competing priorities. You’ll need to balance different preferences and working styles while maintaining a consistently high standard of organisation and delivery.

Summary

My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked Monday to Friday. In return, there is a generous salary of up to £45,000 on offer dependent on experience, plus additional benefits including:

  • Annual Bonus Scheme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Annual Leave
  • Pension Scheme
  • Staff Incentives

If you’re a bright, motivated individual looking for a role where you can make a real impact while developing your career in a supportive and flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you.
