The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join a well-established Primary Care Occupational Health team based in Central London. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious corporate clients across sectors such as banking, law and technology, supporting workforce health, wellbeing and performance within professional, fast-paced environments. You will be part of a highly experienced, multidisciplinary Occupational Health team that is well-resourced, clinically supported and committed to delivering high-quality, preventative occupational health services.
The Role
As an Occupational Health Physician, your work will be varied, stimulating and clinically rewarding. Responsibilities will include:
- Occupational health case management
- Sickness absence and return-to-work assessments
- Occupational health medical assessments
- Supporting corporate health and wellbeing strategies
- Advising on health risk management and preventative health initiatives
- Business travel vaccinations and travel health advice
You will work collaboratively with corporate stakeholders, contributing to proactive, pragmatic occupational health solutions that balance employee wellbeing with organisational needs.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Occupational Health Physician with a Primary Medical Degree (MBBS)
- Full GMC Registration and Licence to Practise in the UK
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Medicine (MFOM strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable and supportive manner
- Strong IT skills with confidence in telemedicine and electronic clinical records
- A genuine passion for promoting healthy, sustainable working environments
