Hearing loss is approached as a clinical concern first, with extended appointment times, evidence-based fitting protocols and the freedom to recommend solutions from across the major hearing aid manufacturers.All travel required between clinic locations will be fully covered.THE ROLEYou will deliver a broad range of private audiology services across the group's clinic network, including:Comprehensive adult diagnostic audiologyPure Tone Audiometry, tympanometry and speech testingComplex diagnostic assessments and interpretationENT-related testing and report writingHearing aid consultation, fitting and rehabilitationReal Ear Measurements and evidence-based verification as standardAided speech testing and structured outcome measuresTinnitus assessment and managementWax removalVestibular testing where appropriateLyric assessment and fittingOngoing patient follow-up and aftercareBuilding strong, long-term patient relationships through excellent clinical outcomesSupporting both established and newly opened clinics across the groupYou'll work in high-quality clinical environments with access to modern diagnostic equipment, sound-treated rooms and extended appointment times.You'll also benefit from regular clinical support, case discussion and continued professional development from a highly experienced clinical team.COMMISSION & EARNING POTENTIALAlongside a basic salary of up to 55,000, the role offers an uncapped commission scheme with significant additional earning potential.The structure rewards clinicians for the wider clinical and commercial contribution they make, with qualifying activity spanning a broad range of audiology services rather than being focused solely on hearing aid sales.For an experienced and commercially successful private Audiologist, the scheme provides the opportunity to build a very strong overall earnings package, with no upper limit on commission.Importantly, the commercial element sits alongside a clinically led approach.
