Clinical Leadership role supporting a group of practices in Greater London.
Are you a veterinary surgeon seeking a step up? Want to truly benefit from the performance of your team?
Compass Associates are working closely with a group of small animal practices in Greater London to have a new Vet join the team to lead on both operational and clinical performance.
Requirements:- Candidates must hold MRCVS registration
- Significant clinical experience within first opinion work
- Leadership experience within a veterinary practice, ideally at a multisite level.
You will be the direct line manager for a team of Senior & Lead Veterinary Surgeons, as well as have direct reports from Head RVNs and Practice Managers. This role is designed to offer significant support for the leadership and clinical teams across the group, and give a true visible leader for the practices.
In this role you would oversee clinical standards, commercial performance, team motivation, budget management, team development and client outreach amongst a litany of other duties. There is still a strong expectation to work clinically and get stuck into cases on site with the permanent teams. You will get freedom on how you split your time between sites and duties, allowing complete autonomy to deliver the best standards possible.
The Reward:We are looking to offer £75,000 as a basic salary, alongside this we offer a competitive benefits package, and a particularly lucrative bonus structure so you will benefit from the profits of the group itself.
Recommendations:Compass Associates Ltd are working in partnership on this vacancy. If you are not interested, but know someone who is, we offer £200 vouchers for each successful recommendation.
