Salary: £60,000 per annum (plus performance bonus)

RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified OR previous experience of managing an elderly nursing home.

Background of leading a team through GOOD, Outstanding or Improved CQC inspections.

Ability to network and build relationships.

The group are well-established across the UK, operating a portfolio of care homes providing general nursing, residential and dementia care. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to join the team around the Liverpool area, the successful manager will lead the team and promote high-quality resident care.

The chosen manager will work alongside a Deputy Manager and wider senior management team to ensure care remains compliant and safe. This position is a full-time contract and will require an individual with a driving license.
