The Role
As Registered Home Manager, you will:
- Provide strong, visible leadership across all aspects of residential and dementia care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards, and internal quality frameworks
- Lead, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team, embedding a positive and accountable culture
- Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery

About You
We are seeking a Registered Home Manager with:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing residential and/or dementia care homes
- A strong understanding of CQC compliance and inspection readiness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Confidence managing larger services and complex care environments
