37.5 hours – Monday to Friday
We are looking for a HCPC registered Radiographer with strong experience as an Imaging Manager or a Lead with line management experience, who can lead a multi-modality team within a private clinic in west London.
This Prestigious specialised outpatient clinic boasts their first class diagnostic imaging facilities which include Siemens Magnetom Sola 1.5T MRI and Siemens Somantom Drive Dual Source CT scanners. The clinic also offers X-ray, Ultrasound and Mammograms.

What are we looking for?
- HCPC Registration.
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- UK based experience is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience within a multi-modality imaging department.
- Happy to consider a Lead Radiographer with strong line management experience.
- Ideally competent in MRI, CT and X-Ray.
Responsibilities
- To provide clinical, business leadership and strategic direction to the imaging department.
- Development and managing service delivery.
- As a member of the management team, contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.
- P and L and team target reviews.

Working Hours
This is a full-time permanent position covering 37.5 hours a week. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00. Your typical week will be 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with one clinical shift which is 08:00 – 20:00. To compensate for the additional hours on the clinical day, you will have one short (4 hour) shift. You will roughly have an 80% non-clinical to 20% clinic working split. Management on call is a requirement and happens 1 in 5 weeks. This will require you to work on a Saturday morning. On call hours will be claimed back in lieu.
