Resident Doctor Critical Care

Location: West Midlands

Contract Type: Fixed Term (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Shift Pattern: 24-hour shifts (Minimum commitment: 1x 24hr shift per week)

Salary: Up to £78,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Resident Doctor to join our world-class clinical team, covering our Level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit and general wards. Working alongside highly specialist nurses, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, consultant-led care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pre- and post-operative treatments
  • Conducting clinical assessments, ward rounds, and clerking admissions
  • Reviewing discharges and assessing referrals
  • Leading emergency cardiac arrest calls and providing immediate medical care
