Our client is a non-corporate, values-driven care provider with a medium-sized portfolio of homes. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Home Manager to take the lead at a medium-sized Residential/Dementia care home. You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and performance of the home, with a strong focus on compliance, care quality, and team development.
