This particular opportunity is to manage a small Residential and Dementia home with a Good CQC rating. The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within an elderly Residential/Dementia setting.
- A strong track record of achieving Good–Outstanding CQC outcomes, with a clear understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support a long-serving staff team.
- Experience of managing care standards, staffing, compliance, budgets, and occupancy.
- A confident, approachable, and consistent presence, with strong communication skills to build trust with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for dementia care, bringing both knowledge and empathy to the role.
