Home Manager – Elderly Care Renfrewshire, Scotland Full Time / Permanent Compass Associates are supporting a respected care provider in their search for a Home Manager for a well-established nursing home in the Renfrewshire area. The Role This opportunity would suit a proven Home Manager, with experience managing nursing or residential care for older people. The successful candidate will provide clear leadership, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and promote a positive working culture across the service. Key Responsibilities * Lead the daily running of the home and ensure a safe, caring, and compliant environment * Maintain strong regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement * Support and develop a skilled staff team focused on person-centred care * Manage resources, staffing, and budgets effectively * Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and local partners Requirements * Registered Nurse (active NMC PIN) preferred * Minimum two years’ management experience within an elderly care setting * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Knowledge of care standards, governance, and quality improvement * Commitment to providing outstanding care and staff development What’s in it for you?
