Are you a senior clinical governance leader ready to shape quality across a high-growth diagnostics business? Compass Associates is supporting a rapidly scaling teleradiology and telepathology services provider with global ambition. As part of a strategic transformation in how they deliver safe, high-quality care, they are building a stronger governance framework to support their clinical teams and systems.
We’re now recruiting a Director of Clinical Excellence – a new, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Group Chief Medical Officer with visibility at Board level.
What You’ll Lead- Evolve and strengthen clinical quality, incident and complaints management
- Embed effective learning loops that drive systemic improvement
- Lead governance functions, building high-quality reporting and dashboards for Executive and Board audiences
- Shape systems and processes in a growing diagnostic business that spans the UK and Ireland
- Senior leadership experience in clinical quality, safety, governance or related teams
- Track record in incident and complaints management with tangible improvements delivered
- Strong clinical governance capability – ideally from independent healthcare or NHS
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance quality with thoughtful cost-sensitive decision making
- Understanding of radiology essential – clinical background (e.g., nursing) or governance specialty considered
