As the Commissioning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality service from day one, leading, inspiring, and building a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in a setting designed to feel like home.
The Ideal Candidate
- A proven track record in successfully commissioning new elderly care homes
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and local authority processes
