The site is a small, residential rehabilitation centre delivering structured detoxification and recovery programmes for individuals experiencing substance misuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. The service operates within a highly structured therapeutic environment, supporting predominantly private and self-funded clients through short to medium-term residential stays. Together, we are seeking an experienced Registered Centre Manager to take full operational ownership and embed consistent leadership across the service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in championing a positive culture, strengthening governance standards, and supporting ongoing service improvement.

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Typical working hours are 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–4:30pm, with flexibility offered depending on service needs. Earlier starts are common within residential rehabilitation environments due to MDT activity and client routines. One weekend in four on-call is required on a rotational basis, phone-based only with no requirement to attend site.

Criteria:

  • Experience as a CQC Registered Manager working within substance misuse / addiction recovery or wider mental health services
  • Familiarity ideally with residential settings, though supported living is also relevant
  • Ability to manage and stabilise teams within a change or improvement setting
