The remit:
- Full accountability for P&L, budget and commercial growth
- Owning the consultant proposition — recruitment, engagement and retention
- Driving self-pay and PMI performance in an affluent, high-demand catchment
- Maintaining outstanding standards of clinical governance, CQC compliance and patient experience
- Setting the culture and building a senior leadership team people want to stay in
You'll likely be:
- An experienced Hospital Director, Deputy Hospital Director or senior operational leader from private acute or independent healthcare
- Commercially sharp, with a track record of growing revenue and market share
- Comfortable and credible in front of consultants, clinicians and boards alike
- A Registered Manager, or ready to become one
