In this role you will significantly contribute to the organisation’s approach to quality and compliance, striving for high quality in care and regulatory compliance within all care settings. This post is perfectly suited to a Head of Quality seeking to transition into a Director level post.

Shortlisted candidates will attend an informal teams call, this will be more exploratory in nature and a chance to build rapport with key stakeholders. The final stage will be held in person from Compass’ London offices on the 2nd of March. The panel will include the charity's CEO and CQO.
