We are seeking a high-calibre Assistant Clinic Manager to join a state-of-the-art, award-winning medical and aesthetic skin clinic in the heart of West London. This is a pivotal leadership role within a doctor-led, CQC-regulated environment, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Medical Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
The Role
As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic while overseeing day-to-day performance. You will lead a team of four direct reports, with opportunities for further team expansion. This is a hands-on position, ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment.
Working Pattern:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of therapists and reception staff
- Support and maintain SOPs in line with CQC requirements
- Ensure full compliance within a CQC-regulated environment
- Drive clinic performance, sales, and KPI achievement
- Maintain exceptional patient journey standards and customer service excellence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational improvements
- Monitor reporting, data tracking, and performance metrics (advanced Excel skills required)
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for aesthetics and clinical excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager or similar management role
- Background in aesthetics, medical, dental, or a comparable regulated healthcare environment
- Experience working within a CQC-regulated clinic (or strong working knowledge of CQC standards)
- Proven track record in operations and sales, with consistent KPI delivery
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset
- Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Excel
- Fluent English
- Exceptional attention to detail
