Compass Associates is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious and fast-growing aesthetics clinic in West London, as they introduce a brand-new Front of House Manager role. This position has been created to strengthen the clinic’s client journey, support a growing team, and act as a key interface between patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you’ll take ownership of the front-of-house function, leading a small but vital team of two direct reports. You’ll be the face of the clinic; setting the tone, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring every client receives a seamless, high-end experience from the moment they walk through the door.
The Role
At the heart of this role is leadership, communication, and service excellence. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the Front of House team, including rotas, performance, and training
- Delivering a consistently welcoming, polished, and professional client experience
- Acting as a confident point of contact for demanding patients and external stakeholders, including local authorities and partners
- Overseeing bookings, payments, enquiries, and client flow using CRM and appointment systems
- Driving retail sales and supporting treatment conversions in an ethical, client-first manner
- Monitoring KPIs such as rebooking rates, client retention, and average spend
- Ensuring smooth coordination between clinicians, therapists, and reception staff
- Maintaining compliance with GDPR, CQC, health
