As part of an exciting development of their commercial finance function, they are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting practice performance, delivering meaningful financial analysis, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed commercial analysis and insight into the trading performance across the organisation
- Develop strong working relationships with clinic managers, operational leaders, and central support functions
- Translate financial information into clear and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Support senior finance colleagues with performance review meetings and commercial projects
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of clinic P&Ls, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver forward-looking analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insight to support performance improvements
- Contribute to month-end reporting through detailed analysis and commercial commentary
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist actively working towards qualification
- Previous experience within a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role
- Experience working within a multi-site healthcare environmentStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability
- Knowledge of Power BI and financial reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at varying levels
