You'll hold significant management experience, able to demonstrate a background in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational improvements. As a leader, you'll place an emphasis on hospitality excellence, team development, and creating a welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a visible presence promoting the home across the community. You'll bring commercial acumen, a drive to support occupancy growth, and a desire to uphold the highest standards of care. As a practising Christian, you'll be comfortable leading prayers and actively participating in the home's spiritual life.
