Are you a marketing professional with experience working within the care sector? Would you like to join a business with exciting plans to continue expanding their services across the region? Compass Associates are currently working in partnership with a highly reputable supported living provider for adults with complex needs across the South of the UK. The business is currently going through an exciting period of growth, and as a result, are looking for a strong Marketing Manager with sector-specific expertise to spearhead this exciting period of expansion. The successful applicant will oversee the full marketing strategy, whilst providing valuable insight to senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the marketing and communications strategy
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen organisational reputation, visibility and engagement across target audiences
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues and operational teams to ensure marketing activity supports occupancy, referrals, recruitment and partnerships
  • Lead the rollout, governance and continued development of brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Oversee their digital presence, including social media channels, website content and online listings
  • Develop and manage a structured social media strategy across platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Manage the organisation’s CRM marketing system to support structured communications and audience engagement
  • Oversee monitoring of relevant portals and sources for tender opportunities and frameworks
  • Manage the marketing inbox and oversee responses to enquiries where appropriate

Requirements

  • Marketing experience within the health and social care sector (ideally in a supported living environment)
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies, campaigns or communications plans
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and use insights to improve activity and engagement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working collaboratively across teams
