Newly Qualified / Junior Psychologist Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist - HCPC Registered Eating Disorders – Children and Young People (CYP) Part time - 3 to 4 days per week.
Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned provider of specialist treatment for children and young people who have eating disorders as their primary diagnosis. They have a portfolio of Inpatient Clinics and Specialist Schools and offer a full care pathway from those aged 8 right up to 25, to assist with their re-integration into the community or to adult services.
Together, we are looking for a part time (0.6 to 0.8) Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist who is newly or recently qualified, to join their established MDT which includes another Senior Psychologist and a Consultant Psychologist. You will be providing direct clinical work, assessment, supervision and training for a friendly therapeutic team composed of Therapists, Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Psychologists with a common goal to make a difference in these young persons’ lives.
Managing your own diary within a Monday to Friday pattern, and can be flexible on daily hours. The part-time hours must be a minimum of three days a week.
HCPC Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic) - Experience of working within a mental health setting.
The 1st stage is via Teams, being an informal meeting with the Consultant Psychologist and one of their Practitioner Psychologists to get a good understanding of the role, and similarly the 2nd stage will be an informal visit at the site to gauge whether the role is right for you.
This Psychologist role is paying up to £57k per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience, and qualifications and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
