We're working with one of the UK's leading nursery providers to appoint several Early Childhood Specialists across London, South East and Home Counties as part of a significant investment into quality and pedagogy.
This isn't a compliance or desk-based role.
It's an opportunity to be out in nurseries, working alongside leadership teams, coaching colleagues, driving best practice and making a genuine impact where it matters most.
The Role
As an Early Childhood Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of nurseries across your region, partnering with Nursery Managers and Regional Directors to:
- Champion high-quality early years practice and pedagogy.
- Coach and develop nursery leadership teams.
- Support safeguarding, inclusion and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and support nurseries through Ofsted inspections.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.
- Build strong relationships across your region, becoming a trusted quality partner.
About You
We're keen to hear from individuals who have
- Multi-site early years experience (essential).
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- Experience supporting, coaching or improving nursery teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A child-centred approach with the confidence to challenge where standards need improving.
- A willingness to travel across a defined region.
