Children's Speech and Language Therapist - Specialist School in Dudley, West Midlands

Up to £44,000 per annum

Overview: Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned Children's Care and Specialist Education provider. Together, we are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for working with children to join them on a full-time basis. You will be joining a newly established school supporting children across Key Stages 2-5 with ASC, LD, and/or SEMH needs. The role will involve delivering 1:1 therapy sessions and conducting assessments, alongside supporting curriculum delivery with a focus on communication, independence, and sensory regulation. Additional responsibilities include attending MDT meetings, providing consultation and training to staff, and advocating for effective therapy input throughout the school environment.

Essential criteria:

  • HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Strong background working with children within a specialist school environment
  • UK driving licence and own car
