Children's Occupational Therapist - Specialist School

Dudley, West Midlands

Up to £44,000 per annum

Full-time, permanent

Overview:

Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned Children's Care and Specialist Education provider. Together, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with children to join them on a full-time basis.

You will be joining a newly established school supporting children across Key Stages 2-5 with ASC, LD, and/or SEMH needs. The role will involve delivering 1:1 therapy sessions and conducting assessments, alongside supporting curriculum delivery with a focus on communication, independence, and sensory regulation. Additional responsibilities include attending MDT meetings, providing consultation and training to staff, and advocating for effective therapy input throughout the school environment.
