We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident renal nurse ready to take on leadership responsibilities within a supportive, patient-focused environment. About the Clinic:

  • Modern dialysis unit (recently built facility with strong inspection outcomes)
  • Operates Monday to Saturday (no Sundays or nights)
  • Uses industry-standard dialysis technology

As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will:

  • Take charge of shifts and act as Nurse in Charge
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care
  • Ensure safe and effective use of dialysis equipment
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Saturday rota (including long days on rotation)
  • No night shifts or Sunday working

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (NMC)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting (essential)
  • Confident in leading shifts and taking clinical responsibility
  • Able to work full rota including early starts and long days

£4,500 location allowance, ~30% enhancement for evenings (after 8pm) and Saturdays, paid breaks, ~35 days annual leave (inclusive).
