Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Private Domiciliary Company

Location: Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car and fuel covered 60,000 - £90,000 Depending on Sales (Uncapped)

Employment Type: Full time / Permanent. Part time possible – please enquire

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading Domiciliary company, who provide Audiology and Ophthalmology services to patients in the community. As a domiciliary Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will support some of our most vulnerable patients by improving their hearing in the comfort of their own homes.

You will play a key role in delivering audiological assessments and hearing care services both at patients’ homes, in-store at select locations, and in collaboration with the NHS.

  • £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
  • ~33 Days Annual Leave – 25+8 Bank Holidays
  • ~ Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 17:30
  • ~ Visa sponsorship available (Skilled Worker)
  • ~ Travel support: either company car, car allowance, or mileage reimbursement
  • ~ Ongoing professional development and career progression
  • ~ Manage your own diary/travel schedule, ensuring patient appointments in-home across the region.
  • Achieve and drive commercial targets and contribute to clinic growth.
  • HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (eligible/registered)
  • Strong experience in private practice or domiciliary audiology, including hearing aid dispensing, sales/recommendations
  • Comfortable with travel, organising your caseload across a geographic area
  • Initial video / phone interview to assess fit (clinical & commercial)
