Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded elderly nursing home near South West London area, who are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This well-established home provides nursing, dementia and residential care and has a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to step into a supportive, supernumerary leadership role.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the nursing and care teams
  • Ensure the home consistently delivers safe, effective and high-quality care
  • Oversee clinical governance, audits, care planning and compliance

Requirements:

  • RGN qualification with an active NMC pin
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager (or equivalent Clinical Lead role)
  • Previous experience working within a nursing home environment
  • Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing care
  • A genuine passion for elderly care and clinical excellence
