Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procedures Nursing Manager to provide excellent clinical and managerial leadership for the delivery of exemplary minor operations at our unique, private patient day-case centre and in the on-going development of our world class patient care.
This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day organisation and management of the respiratory unit, multiple procedure rooms, Mohs lab services and patient recovery areas. This will require oversight of clinical practice, resource management, clinician engagement, safe staffing provision and financial management, to ensure that the centre meets all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
This role is line managed by the Clinical Services Director but will also work closely with the Centre Director as the Registered Manager, Doctor Centre Directors and Clinical Specialty Leads. You will be directly line managing a nursing team as well as overseeing the service standards provided by other team members who could be self-employed or employed through bank and agencies.
Experience / Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Proven leadership experience in a senior nursing or clinical management role
