Overview
Compass Associates is excited to collaborate alongside a renowned Children’s Care and Specialist Education provider. They have a portfolio of Specialist and Mainstream Schools, Digital Education Services and Activity Centres for children and young people with Autism and complex needs such as Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. Together, we are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to deliver evidence‑based therapies at a Specialist SEMH School in Crawley, West Sussex.
You will have the opportunity to independently manage your caseload, as well as develop and implement therapy plans, ensuring clear outcome goals in line with EHCP targets. The successful candidate will have an interest in participating in service development, advocating for pupils and their families, and providing clinical consultations to the onsite team.
Responsibilities

Work Pattern
4 day working week (after passing probation), while being paid the normal 5‑day rate! Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Ideally full‑time (52 weeks) but discussions are welcome regarding term‑time only contracts (41 weeks per year).

This beautiful specialist school is located near Crawley, West Sussex, and is commutable from Horsham, Brighton, Worthing, Haywards Heath, Guildford, Dorking, Reigate, East Grinstead, Croydon, Chichester, Redhill, Burgess Hill, Leatherhead, Portsmouth and other surrounding towns and villages.
