Compass Associates are working with a valued client who are a private elderly care provider operating a remit of care homes across England and are now looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for one of their services in Cumbria, due to a recent vacancy.

This role joins a care home which provides residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The home has good foundations together with a great staffing team, with the provider looking for a manager who can help drive on successes and empower staff to provide the best care possible and achieve Outstanding in line with CQC requirements.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run successful care homes, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower competent staff teams, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

This role is based in Cumbria and would be ideal for those seeking new career opportunities in Carlisle, Whitehaven, Cockermouth, Workington, Maryport, Keswick & Penrith.

My client is seeking a Registered Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £40k - £45k per annum + bonus & benefits.
