We are seeking a Headteacher to lead our specialist school in Oxford This is a unique opportunity to transform lives, foster inclusivity, and build an environment where every child is valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- The Headteacher will lead the school with a clear vision and effective management, ensuring it meets its aims, objectives, and regulatory requirements while aligning with the overall ethos of the group.
- Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people through a tailored curriculum, high-quality teaching, improved behaviour strategies, and therapeutic programs, all within a safe and inclusive environment.

About You!
- Leadership experience within an SEN or similar specialist education setting.
- A proven track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
- Expertise in safeguarding, behaviour management, and inclusive education practices.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant leadership qualifications or experience.
- A compassionate, solution-focused approach and a commitment to continuous school improvement
