Clinical Governance + Risk Manager | Women’s Health
Remote – offices in Birmingham or Manchester
Up to £47,500 Pro rata
6 Month Interim - Immediate Start
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Supportive of Women\'s reproductive choices including abortion
- To co-ordinate the overall day-to-day delivery and support the Head of Clinical Governance where required with strategic development of the governance agenda
- To provide specialist advice to the local teams on the implementation of governance policies and procedures that enables the company to develop its governance management.
- To investigate and analyse issues arising from all types of governance data, advise the Head of Clinical Governance on implications and actions required, and develop actions to address issues and trends in order to ensure learning and planning.
- With the Head of Clinical Governance lead the development of plans for local governance assurance, agreeing monitoring arrangements that will ensure delivery, producing reports on progress and plans to address any shortfalls. This will include compliance with CQC requirements and other regulatory requirements.
- If possible and if PSIRF training compliant undertake where required Patient Safety Investigations
- Provide advice and support to the regions and others on all issues relating to patient safety (e.g. incidents and risk).
- Support incident and complaints management support to local teams
- Provide central risk management oversight and support.
