Remit

Compass Associates is proudly working with a CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ case management business to recruit for a Senior Case Manager, to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

You’d be joining a business which specialises in case management for clients (adults and children) who have catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, due to traumatic accidents or birth injuries. As one of their Senior Case Managers, you’d provide clinical supervision to Junior Case Managers, as well as hold your own small clinical caseload. You’d carry out comprehensive INAs, formulate and implement individualised rehab plans and liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams, families and solicitors.

You will be supported by the Business Director and Clinical Lead, as well as being part of a team of Senior Case Managers. You will also be part of a wider case management team, with whom you’d have regular team meetings and social events. You also have the option to utilise the head office for training, meetings or admin.

There are extensive resources available such as learning and development opportunities, CPD and further training, networking events, career progression opportunities, comprehensive clinical governance systems and participation in a company-wide, quarterly bonus scheme.

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Case Manager who is looking for a step up in their career, to becoming a Senior/Clinical Supervisor, whilst maintaining their own small caseload.

Location

Your caseload will be in North Yorkshire and/or the Northeast, depending on your home-location (with the aim of clients being within a 2-hour radius). Candidates can be based anywhere in these regions such as Leeds, York, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Bradford, Pontefract, Barnsley, Ripon, Doncaster, Hull, Driffield, Scarborough, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham and surrounding towns.

Benefits

  • Flexible hours and home based working
  • Quarterly company-wide bonus scheme
  • Excellent support from the senior leadership and admin teams
  • Regular Clinical Supervision
  • Car allowance and mileage expensed
  • Learning and development program
  • Company discount scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Medicash plan
  • Companywide Awards Night
  • Regular team meetings
  • Laptop/phone provided

Essential criteria:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Speech Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Must have experience working as a Clinical Case Manager within the medico-legal sector
  • HCPC/SWE/NMC registration
  • UK driving license and own car

Interview Process

Two stage process: informal phonecall with the Business Director followed by a Teams/face to face Interview with the Business Director and Clinical Lead.
