Senior Case Manager – HCPC, NMC or SWE – CQC Outstanding Hours: Full time permanent (part time may be considered) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + bonus Remit Compass Associates are proudly working with a well-established, CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ case management business, to recruit a Senior Case Manager. This is a newly created position, due to team expansion, where you will hold a small caseload of clients, be part of the senior management team and provide clinical supervision to 2-3 Case Managers. You’ll work closely with the other Senior Case Managers and receive senior, clinical and operational support from the Clinical Lead and Business Director. You would be home-based and travel to visit clients on your caseload with complex needs due to backgrounds of trauma and catastrophic brain/spinal injuries. There are extensive resources available such as learning and development opportunities, CPD and further training provided, career progression opportunities, comprehensive clinical governance systems and participation in a KPI-based bonus scheme. Location This is a home-based role where you will travel to visit clients on your caseload (locations are dependent on clinical need, specialism and capacity.) Head Office is in the East Midlands however you can utilise the company’s other office spaces if closer to home. Candidates can be based anywhere in the Midlands, North West, North East or South of England.
