Overview: Compass Associates are proud to work with a leading healthcare provider seeking a qualified and experienced Audiologist to join their community-based ENT service. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic services to NHS patients referred by local GPs, contributing to an integrated and patient-focused pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audiological assessments including:
- Pure tone audiometry (air and bone conduction)
- Tympanometry
- Audiograms
- Appropriate masking techniques
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience working as an Audiologist in an NHS or similar clinical setting.
- Competency in audiological assessments and interpretation of results.
- Knowledge of ENT referral pathways and NHS clinical protocols.
- Proficiency in the use of audiology diagnostic equipment and patient record systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centred approach.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent.
- HCPC registration.
- Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., BAA) is desirable.
