Main Purpose

To support the home in achieving and maintaining occupancy and average weekly fee (AWF) targets through confident clinical assessments, building trust with families, and contributing to the home’s presence in the community.

The Role

This role is ideal for a clinician (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with a passion for delivering excellent care and a natural ability to engage families. While experience in sales or admissions is beneficial, full training can be provided to develop the commercial side of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise confidently with referrers and help prospective residents transition smoothly into the home. Take the lead in managing enquiries, arranging assessments, and supporting the Home Manager during admissions.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with GPs, discharge teams, social workers, and local groups. Represent the home at community events and develop new referral partnerships.
  • (Trainable) Sales & Marketing: With support, contribute to the home’s marketing plan and participate in occupancy planning. Assist with CRM management and enquiry tracking (training provided). Participate in home tours and promotional activity — training and guidance will be offered.

What You’ll Need

  • Clinical background (Registered Nurse, RMN, or similar)
  • Experience in elderly care, hospital discharge, or patient assessment roles
  • Compassionate and confident communicator who can support families with empathy
  • Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential – a proactive, people-focused mindset is key

  • 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
  • Mental Health & Leadership Training Provided
  • Opportunity to transition into a more strategic, outward-facing clinical role
