We are seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist in a brand-new specialist school in South-west London. As the Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a therapeutic approach across the school. Working collaboratively with education and clinical colleagues, you will ensure therapy is fully integrated into both the curriculum and daily school life, enabling pupils to access consistent, meaningful support throughout their educational journey.

You will work collaboratively with school leadership, the Clinical Lead and wider therapy teams to develop effective systems, therapeutic interventions and whole-school approaches that support pupils with autism spectrum conditions and associated communication needs.

Essential Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration and ongoing CPD
  • Experience working in a specialist school with children with ASC
  • Positive learning mindset
  • Adaptable and open to development
