Compass Associates are proudly working with a leading independent provider of specialist education, playing an integral role in local communities across the UK. Together, we are seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist in a brand-new specialist school in Southwest London.
As the Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a therapeutic approach across the school. Working collaboratively with education and clinical colleagues, you will ensure therapy is fully integrated into both the curriculum and daily school life, enabling pupils to access consistent, meaningful support throughout their educational journey.
You will work collaboratively with school leadership, the Clinical Lead and wider therapy teams to develop effective systems, therapeutic interventions and whole-school approaches that support pupils with autism spectrum conditions and associated communication needs.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in a specialist school with children with ASC
- Interested in autism practice
- Passionate about building a new provision
The school is based in South-west London and is easily commutable from Central and Southwest London, including Waterloo, Victoria, Vauxhall, Clapham, and Wandsworth, as well as Woking, St Albans, and Brighton.
