Role: Senior Clinical Manager – NMC, HCPC or SWE Registered

Salary: £65,000 per annum + Expenses Package

Location: Home-based (remote) with travel in London and the South

Hours: Full Time | Mon–Fri | Flexible Working

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a specialist medico-legal rehabilitation and case management provider to recruit a Senior Clinical Manager for their London & South region. This is a senior leadership role within an established and highly regarded organisation that supports individuals with catastrophic and life-changing injuries, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and complex neurological conditions.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for clinical oversight, operational leadership, governance, and team development across the region, reporting directly into the Business Director as part of the senior leadership team. This is a key strategic appointment during a period of continued growth, offering the opportunity to influence service development, shape regional delivery, and contribute to wider organisational strategy.

This is a home-based role with significant autonomy, covering the London & South region. Regular travel is required across London and surrounding areas for client meetings, networking events, professional forums and stakeholder engagement. Travel and business expenses are reimbursed, including mileage (45p per mile), train travel, and overnight stays where required.

  • Extensive experience within medico-legal case management, including IRCM registration or eligible for this
  • Previous senior clinical leadership or operational management experience
  • Experience overseeing governance, quality standards, and MDT working
  • Maintain governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Contribute to operational planning and innovation
  • Lead, supervise, and support clinical managers and case management teams
  • Support professional development and performance standards
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums

The Senior Clinical Manager will report directly into the Business Director, while sitting within the Senior Leadership Team; directly line managing Clinical Managers and having oversight of a mix of employed and self-employed case managers across the region.
