Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading independent healthcare facility in their search for a Pharmacy Stores Manager to oversee their brand new service as part of the on-site pharmacy in London. The centre is renowned in the healthcare sector for it's commitment to an outstanding level of care and support across the many specialities it covers, including Men's & Women's Health, Surgery, Digestive Health as well as a fully maintained diagnostic suite. The service will be utilising a brand new robot distribution service, so experience with this is preferred but not essential. This role offers significantly more scope and autonomy than a traditional hospital pharmacy stores position, providing the opportunity to shape processes, implement new technologies, and build a high-performing team.
