Are you a commercially driven marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, scaling organisations?
We are partnering with a private healthcare provider who are a rapidly growing organisation delivering both NHS partnership services and direct-to-patient/private healthcare services across the UK and Ireland. As the business continues its ambitious growth journey, they are now seeking a Group Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function at a pivotal stage in its development.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, and sitting within the senior leadership team. It offers significant visibility across the organisation and a clear mandate to shape, lead, and accelerate marketing performance across both B2B and B2C channels.
As Group Marketing Manager, you will take immediate ownership of the current marketing function, with a clear expectation to rapidly assess performance, identify gaps, and implement a robust, commercially focused marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for driving B2C patient acquisition, strengthening B2B engagement across NHS and commissioning stakeholders, and elevating brand positioning to support the wider company ambition.
You will also play a key role in bringing focus and structure to the marketing function, as current leadership capacity is stretched across multiple business areas. This appointment is critical in ensuring marketing is fully dedicated, commercially aligned, and operating at pace.
- Lead the development and execution of a group-wide marketing strategy across NHS and private healthcare services
- Rapidly assess the current marketing function and implement immediate improvements to performance and output
- Drive B2C patient acquisition strategy, improving conversion, engagement, and pipeline growth
- Strengthen B2B marketing activity across NHS partners, commissioners, and healthcare stakeholders
- Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and markets
- Own and develop digital marketing performance, including website, CRM, paid media, and content strategy
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial and growth priorities
- Deliver clear reporting on marketing performance, ROI, and commercial impact
- Build, structure, and develop a high-performing marketing function over time
- Collaborate with business development, clinical, and operational teams to support integrated growth
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within healthcare, private healthcare, or regulated services
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth and ROI
Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments
Strong digital marketing expertise (CRM, paid media, content, performance marketing)
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a scaling or transformation environment
Experience working in multi-site or complex service-led organisations is highly desirable
Location: UK-based (Hybrid) β suitable for candidates in London or Birmingham with wider UK with flexibility for travel.
