We are partnering with an established private healthcare provider in Central London to appoint a Lead Cardiac Physiologist into a key, service-defining role. This is an opportunity for a BSE Accredited Echocardiographer who wants more than just a clinical post. You’ll be stepping into a position where you can influence how a cardiac diagnostics service is run, developed, and expanded over time.

- Improve and modernise SOPs and clinical processes.

The role
You’ll lead a team of 5 balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership and operational responsibility. Your remit will include:
- Performing and reporting high-quality Echocardiograms.
- Supporting and overseeing Holter ECG services.
- Day-to-day team leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Support CPD and education programmes.
- Ownership of clinical governance, compliance, and audit processes.
- Reviewing and updating SOPs to align with best practice.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and expand the service.

Requirements
- BSE accreditation in TTE and/or Stress Echo.
- Degree in Clinical Physiology or Healthcare Science equivalent.
- ILS trained.
- Able to independently perform a range of Cardiology investigations including Echocardiography.
- Previous line management experience desired.
