Are you a HR professional with experience working in the complex care sector? Do you thrive on building and embedding a positive, values-driven culture across an organisation? Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a highly regarded complex care provider with an established footprint across the Midlands. As part of an exciting phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a People & Culture Partner to strengthen their HR function. This is a key partnering role, working closely with managers across the organisation to provide expert people guidance and practical support, while helping to embed and champion a strong, values-driven culture throughout the business and its services.

- Work closely with the People & Culture Lead and wider team.
- Partner with managers and leaders across services to embed a values-led, inclusive, and positive culture.
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance across employee relations, wellbeing, and performance management.
- Coach and support managers to lead with confidence and compassion, building capability at all levels.
- Use people insights to drive engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver initiatives that enhance the employee experience and celebrate our people and values.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to promote best practice and consistency across the organisation.
Requirements:
- CIPD-qualified and experience in a generalist HR/people partnering role.
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in an advisory position, supporting managers in complex situations.
- A minimum of 1 year working within health and social care sector (essential).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented - someone who naturally builds trust and collaboration.
- Passionate about creating environments where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
