Experienced Case Manager – Adult Brain & Spinal Injuries
Location: Home-based with North West travel
Hours: Full or part time (minimum 3 days/week)
Salary: £41,000 - £49,000 (depending on experience)
Must have medico-legal case management experience
Remit: Compass Associates is proud to be working with a well-established case management business, to recruit a new Case Manager to join their North West adults’ team. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Case Manager with experience supporting adults with complex and catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic trauma, birth injuries and amputations. Your caseload will be tailored around your location, area of clinical specialism and client needs, with the aim of keeping travel within a two-hour radius of your home address. Your role will involve carrying out INAs, conducting risk assessments and working with clients within their own homes and community settings. You will work closely with clients and their families, whilst collaborating with MDT members, healthcare professionals and legal teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Location: This is a home-based role which involves regular travel so candidates can be based anywhere in the northwest including Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Merseyside, the Wirral, Lancashire and surrounding towns.

Essential criteria:
- Recognised Degree in Nursing, Social Work or Therapy (e.g. Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy)
- Full registration with either the HCPC, NMC or SWE
- Previous experience working as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector
- UK driving licence and access to own car
Interview Process: Informal phone call with the Senior Clinical Manager followed by a more formal interview at Head Office.
