- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within an elderly care home
- Evidence of leading previous CQC inspections with successful results

The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside an established, growing business who operate a portfolio of care homes across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to take responsibility for a purpose-built residential care home around the Worsley area.
The service has strong foundations but is still a hands on opportunity. The new manager will be expected to take ownership, set clear standards and ensure care delivery remains a high, sustained quality.
Candidate
I’m looking to speak with talented individuals with a background as a Care Home Manager. You’ll come from managing care homes providing residential and dementia care, holding a real passion for delivering quality care to the elderly.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding and be confident in strengthening compliance across a care home.
As a leader, you’ll be visible and involved. A manager who will support and champion their team, get to know their residents and their loved ones, and be lead by example as a figurehead of the home.
You’ll be keen to network and build open relationships, bringing the community and stakeholders into the fold to ensure standards of care remain strong for each resident.

The role is commutable from: Worsley, Warrington, Newton-le-Willows, Irlam, Urmston, Stretford, Salford, Manchester, Middleton, Whitefield, Bolton, Wigan, Leigh and St Helens.
