We are working in partnership with a well-regarded elderly care provider to recruit a Care Home Manager for a medium-sized residential care home supporting older people, including those living with dementia. The home is performing well in terms of resident and family satisfaction, benefits from a strong private-pay profile, and is currently fully staffed, providing an excellent platform for the incoming manager to focus on leadership, quality, and culture rather than recruitment pressures.
Senior operational support is already in place, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing guidance, while still allowing the successful candidate the autonomy to lead the service in line with their values and experience.
