How to prepare for a job interview at Compass Associates
✨Know Your Stuff
Before the interview, brush up on your clinical knowledge and the latest advancements in optometry. Be ready to discuss your experience with different diagnostic technologies, especially if you’ve worked with OCT. This shows that you’re not just qualified but also passionate about providing top-notch patient care.
✨Showcase Your Patient-Centric Approach
Since this role emphasises a patient-focused environment, prepare examples of how you've delivered exceptional patient care in the past. Think about specific situations where you went above and beyond for a patient, as this will resonate well with the interviewers.
✨Be Ready for a Chat, Not Just an Interview
The interview process is described as informal, so treat it like a conversation rather than a formal interrogation. Prepare some questions about the company culture and how they support their optometrists. This will help you gauge if it’s the right fit for you while showing your genuine interest.
✨Flexibility is Key
With the emphasis on flexible working patterns, be prepared to discuss your availability and how you can adapt to the needs of the store. Highlight any previous experiences where you’ve successfully managed your schedule to meet both personal and professional commitments.
