Audiologist – Private Hearing Clinic – Sponsorship Available
Location: Central London - Multiple Locations
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Annual Bonus + Private Medical + Additional Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time – Monday to Friday Only - 09:00 - 17:00 (Occasional Late shifts until 20:00)
Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an HCPC-registered Audiologist to join a high-performing and supportive clinical team delivering premium hearing care services across several Central and North London locations, including the renowned Harley Street.
With consistent demand growth and increased ENT clinic coverage, this provider is expanding their team and looking to appoint an additional full-time Audiologist. You'll benefit from a varied, non-target-driven role focused on patient outcomes, working within modern, well-equipped clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical audiology services across multiple London clinic sites
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and device fittings
- Engage in advanced clinical training, including Lyric hearing device fitting and wax removal
- Rotate between clinic locations based on a well-planned rota schedule
- Participate in regular internal training and biweekly learning & development sessions
- Collaborate with a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent clinical standards
- Commit to delivering outstanding patient care in a private, personalised environment
Essential Criteria:
- HCPC-registered Clinical Audiologist
- Open to newly qualified or experienced professionals
- Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development
Training & Development:
In-house training programme including:
- Lyric fitting certification
- Wax removal techniques
- Audiology-specific sales training
- Internal clinical processes for cross-site consistency
- Clear pathway to Senior Audiologist and Clinical Lead roles after 12 months

Combination of virtual and in-person interviews with Clinical Leads and Partners
